We thought that it would be fun to relive our story together and record our love so to speak and after much deliberation thought to share the GP stuff with you all.
We will try as best we can to tell the truth some of the truth and nothing but what our memories tell us is truth.
Now bear in mind that these are memories and as such are subjected to how we are feeing for each other on the day that we are writing them down here.
Anyways for what it is worth hope that you can be a smart one and learn from us for better or for worse. And if not then this is just some good clean Family fun.
So to kick this off we take you back to April of 96 the year of the bottom line or close to it.

Our story so far….. Captured memories part one

April of 1996
“A close encounter of the best kind” or “Our first meeting”

Abi: The first time I met John was in Atlanta, Georgia. He lived in a teen home where I just arrived.

John: The way I was introduced to Abi was in my opinion extremely romantic….it was like…the white knight saving the damsel in distress, except in this case I was the damsel. I went out to get something from the car and was locked out of the house. I was like the soaking wet little princess pounding on the big door.

Abi: Yeah, it wasn’t raining! But he did manage to get locked out. I was standing by the door so let him back in… (The princess that is)

John: Next thing I know, creeeaaak…the door opens and she says Hi I’m prince charming (just kidding). “Thanks for letting me in, I’m John by the way”. The dim lighting in the hallway cast a beautiful shadow on Abi. And I thought I think we got something here. I can’t wait to dance with her at our next sock-hop.

Abi: And that’s where we had our first kiss. (on the cheek that is)
