Today was the first day of working out since being back from vacation, I ran for 20 whole minutes, baby steps. I really want to get into running more, but we’ll see if I keep it up. If any of you runners have tips on what or what not to do, please share?

  1. Good shoes. It’s all about good shoes. And don’t go out in the heat of the day. I tried tha the other day and almost killed myself.
